We understand that you are willing to take some time to find the right service provider, but we know you don't have all day. We try to make the process as quick and easy as possible. The LocalTop service is free so you don't have to pull out your credit card to use the service. No registration is required, so there is no need to dream up another ID and password.

Just tell us the service and location that you are looking for.

Connecting with the recommended service providers

Once you search, we will show you a short list of businesses that match your request. The next steps are:
  1. You can review the list of service providers, including viewing their detailed profile page by clicking on the "learn more" link.
  2. You choose the service providers to whom you would like to talk
  3. You specify when you would like the service providers to call you
  4. We automatically connect you with the service providers of your choice at the specified time

Our follow up call

Some time after you've spoken to the companies you requested, we will call you to find out if you found what you were looking for and if you had a good experience with the service provider. This feedback is important to us as we use it to monitor the on-going quality of their service. We know your time is valuable so we strive to keep this call short and to the point.

A Fair Deal to Local Businesses

A local marketplace like ours only works if it works for both sides - customers and local businesses. The service is free to you, the customer. We get paid by the local businesses and we offer them a fair deal. They pay us an industry standard referral fee only when a customer referred to them by LocalTop hires them or purchases their services. We think this minimizes the pressure on the Service Provider to sell you and therefore makes it possible for you and the service providers to have a low pressure discussion.
